The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent out, on 6 April 2021, a second instance judgment handed down in the case of Mile Pažin and others, dated 3 March 2021, dismissing as ill-founded the appeal filed by defense counsel for the accused Mile Pažin, and upholding the trial judgment in its convicting part.

The trial judgment of the Court of BiH of 18 September 2020 found the accused Mile Pažin guilty of the criminal offense of War Crimes against the Civilian Population under Article 142(1) of the Criminal Code of the Socialistic Federative Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRY), and thus, by applying Articles 33, 38, 41 and 42(2) and 43(1) of the CC SFRY, the Special 24(7) Panel of the Court of BiH sentenced him to imprisonment for a term of 1 year and 6 months.
