The pronouncement of judgment in the Saša Savinović case has been scheduled for 30 October 2017, at 12:00 hours, in Courtroom 6.

The Indictment charges Saša Savinović with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)h) (Persecution), as read with Subparagraphs a), e) and d), all in conjunction with Article 29 and Article 180(1) of the Criminal Code of BiH.
