Pronouncement of the Trial Verdict in the case v. Pero Radišić before the Section I for War Crimes of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 16 November 2016, starting at 11:30 in Courtroom 6.

On 11 September 2014, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment under which the Accused Pero Radišić is charged with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians in violation of Article 173(1)(c) and (f) as read with Article 180(1) and Article 29 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
