On 2 October 2014, the Court of B-H confirmed the Indictment charging the Accused Miodrag Josipović and Branimir Tešić with the criminal offense of Genocide in violation of Article 171(a) and (b), as read with Article 180(1) and Article 31 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Indictment alleges that Miodrag Josipović, as the Chief of the Bratunac Public Security Station and a member of the Police Force Staff of the Zvornik Public Security Center quartered in the Bratunac Public Security Station, and Branimir Tešić, as a Deputy Commander of the Bratunac Police Station, in the period from 12 July to 19 July 1995, aided and abetted partial extinction of Bosniaks from the Srebrenica Enclave which, as a national, religious and ethnic group of Bosniaks from Eastern Bosnia, made a significant part of the overall Bosniak ethnicity.
