Closing arguments of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH before Section I for War Crimes of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) in the Nisvet Gasal et al. case have been scheduled for 14 September 2011, starting at 9.00 a.m. in Courtroom 4.

 

According to the Amended Indictment of the Prosecutor\'s Office of BiH dated 29 June 2011, Nisvet Gasal, Senad Dautović and Musajb Kukavica are charged with the criminal offences of War Crimes against Civilians, War Crimes against the Wounded and Sick and War Crimes against Prisoners of War.
