Custody of the Accused Mladen Drljača shall be terminated after the Court receives the Decision on the real estate lien registration and after the Accused Drljača surrenders his personal identification documents. The Court issued a Decision imposing other security measures on the Accused Mladen Drljača, which include:

Ban on leaving the region of the city of Banja Luka without prior consent of the Court;

Temporary seizure of travel documents with the ban on the issuance of new ones, as well as the ban on the use of ID card for crossing the state border of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

Obligation to surrender the passport, ID card and driver’s license and any other personal identification document issued in his name by authorized institutions of the country of Bosnia and Herzegovina or any other country;
Within the same Decision the Court imposed prohibitive measures on the Accused Drljača, which include:

Obligatory reporting, twice a day, to the Police Station Banja Luka 2., between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. and between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.;

Ban on contacting or interfering in any way with the persons who are listed as Prosecution witness in the Indictment, as well as the ban on contacting the other Accused and potential accomplices and accessories in the perpetration of the criminal offense;

Ban on discussion about the case with anyone but his Defense Lawyer;

Ban on attending social gatherings, both public and private, and especially ban on visiting all catering facilities and facilities of social activities in the region of the City of Banja Luka.
The Accused is ordered to strictly comply with the imposed obligations, which will be in effect until the completion of the criminal proceedings, or until the Court renders a new Decision. The Accused Mladen Drljača shall be ordered into custody if he breaches the obligations imposed by the Court’s Decision.
