On Monday, 12 February 2007, the Appellate Panel of Section II for Organised Crime, Economic Crime, and Corruption of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will hand down its verdict in the case of Ferid Okić and Another in courtroom 4, starting at 2.00pm.

On 22 November 2005 the Trial Panel handed down its verdict in this case, finding Ferid Okić and Fevzi Vasi guilty of Organised Crime, and sentencing them to 22 years and 4 years and 2 months imprisonment respectively.  By a decision dated 17 May 2006, the Appellate Panel upheld appeals filed by the Defence, revoked the first instance verdict and ordered a retrial.  The retrial before the Appellate Panel commenced on 15 December 2006.
