A plea hearing in the case of Željko Tasovac and Others before the Preliminary Hearing Judge of Section II for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been scheduled for tomorrow, 10 October 2006, starting at 2.00pm in courtroom 4.

The indictment, which the Court confirmed on 28 September 2006, charges Željko Tasovac, Nikola Šaraba, Dražen Radić, Miodrag Ateljević, Nada Tasovac and Slobodan Popovac, inter alia, with the criminal offences of organised crime, obstruction of justice and attempted murder.  The indictment charges the seventh accused, Nebojša Vukoje, with the criminal offences of organised crime, obstruction of justice and grievous bodily injury.
