A plea hearing has been scheduled in the Damir Kulić case before a preliminary hearing judge of Section II for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) for Friday, 2 June 2006 in Courtroom 7, starting at 10am.

The Court confirmed the indictment in this case on 19 May 2006. The indictment charges Damir Kulić with the criminal offense of money laundering pursuant to article 209 of the Criminal Code of BiH (CC BiH), in connection with article 54 of CC BiH (continued criminal offense).  

This offence was allegedly committed between 19 December 2003 and 5 January 2004 in the area of Laktaši.
