On 13 January 2024 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a Decision in the case of Aleksandar Kojić et al. (S1 2 K 045894 23 Krn) remanding the suspects Aleksandar Kojić, Marko Maksić, Dragana Ristić and Rastko Bošnjak in custody, following their arrest. According to the Decision, their custody may last for a maximum of one month, i.e. until 12 February 2024, or until the Court issues a new Decision, on specific grounds of custody referred to in Article 132(1), Paragraphs a), b) and c), of the CPC BiH.

The suspects Aleksandar Kojić, Marko Maksić, Dragana Ristić and Rastko Bošnjak are charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraphs 2 and 3, CC BiH, as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) CC BiH, and the suspects Aleksandar Kojić and Marko Maksić also in relation to the criminal offense of Money Laundering under Article 209, Paragraphs 2 and 3, of the CC BiH.
