Danijel Oroz et al. under which the Accused Danijel Oroz, Faruk Elezović, Dragan Gajić, Slavko Davidović, Samir Etemović, Asad Krajina, Josip Varešković and Stipe Pravdić are charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs.

The Panel of the Appellate Division of Section I for War Crimes rendered a second- instance Verdict, sent out on 11 May 2012, partially granting the Appeal by the Prosecutor's Office of BIH and annulling the Verdict of the Court of BIH dated 5 November 2010 in the part related to the Accused Gojko Kličković and Accused Mladen Drljača and ordering a re-trial before the Panel of the Appellate Division of Section I for War Crimes. The second-instance Verdict furthermore refused as unfounded the Appeal by the Prosecutor's Office of BIH in the part related to the Accused Jovan Ostojić thus confirming the first-instance Verdict in that regard.

On 11 May 2012 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) partially granted a Motion filed by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and rendered a Decision ordering the suspect Najdan Mlađenović into one-month custody. Pursuant to this Decision his custody may last until 10 June 2012. Najdan Mlađenović is suspected of the criminal offence of Crimes against Humanity.

Hakija Mehović et al. under which the Accused Hakija Mehović, Muhidin Kulovac i Halil Kulovac are charged with the criminal offense of Illicit Traficking in Narcotic Drugs, and Hakija Mehović is also cahrge with the criminal offense of Illicit possession of weapons or explosive substances.

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, following the main trial, pronounced the first-instance verdict in the case of Muradif Hamzabegović et al. finding the Accused Muradif Hamzabegović, Slaviša Bošković, Vahid Gagulić, Samir Ravančić and Nihad Brčaninović guilty of the criminal offence of Associating for the Purpose of Perpetrating Criminal Offences and the continued criminal offence of Smuggling in Persons, while it found the Accused Elvis Adrović guilty of the continued criminal offence of Smuggling in Persons.
