Trial Verdict in the case v. Nihad Bojadžić is scheduled to be handed down on 14 April 2016 at 12:00 o’clock in Courtroom 6 of the Section I for War Crimes of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On 6 January 2012, the Court confirmed the Indictment in the Nihad Bojadžić (S1 1 K 008494 11 Kro) case charging Nihad Bojadžić with the criminal offences of War Crimes against Civilians and War Crimes against Prisoners of War.

The Indictment reads, among other things, that the Accused Nihad Bojadžić, as a Deputy Commander of the Special Detachment for Special Purposes Zulfikar of the Supreme Command Staff of the Army of Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, participated in torture, inhumane treatment, forced labor, infliction of grave bodily injuries, sexual abuse and rape of civilians of Croat ethnicity and members of the Croatian Defense Council, incarcerated in the prison facility Muzej – Bitka na Neretvi in Jablanica.
