Commencement of the trial in the case of Semir Pružljanin, who is charged with Customs fraud, has been scheduled for 3 April 2007, starting at 9.30am in courtroom 5.

The indictment alleges that between 5 September and 15 December 2006, acting as owner and founder of Omerta d.o.o. Sarajevo Company, with the intent of avoiding payment of customs and taxes, Semir Pružljanin submitted to the Customs Authority in Sarajevo six false customs statements for the re-importing of goods with partial payment of customs, although full customs and other duties should have been paid on the goods being imported.
