Commencement of the trial in the case of Milorad Vladić and Another has been scheduled for 3 April 2007, starting at 10.00am in courtroom 7. Milorad Vladić and Petar Bogdanović are charged with organising a group or association for smuggling or distribution of goods on which duties were not paid.

The indictment alleges that, in the period between 10 March and 17 November 2006, the Accused, together with three other individuals, smuggled cigarettes from Serbia into Bosnia and Herzegovina.
