At today’s hearing in the above case before Section II for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), the accused Momčilo Mandić, Milovan Bjelica, Milorad Govedarica and Mirko Šarović pleaded not guilty to all counts of the indictment filed by the Office of the Prosecutor of BiH. The indictment was confirmed by the Court on 7 February 2006.
