On 12 April 2024 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a Decision in the case of Srđan Cvek, remanding the suspect Srđan Cvek in custody, following his arrest and extradition from Slovenia. According to the Decision, his custody may last for a maximum of one month, running from the day of arrest, i.e. until 12 May 2024, or until the Court issues a new Decision, on the specific custody grounds set forth in Article 132(1)a) CPC BiH.

The suspect is charged with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(3) as read with Paragraph 1 CC BiH.
