Deciding upon the Motion of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to extend custody of the Suspects Neđeljko Kuljić, Srećko Trifković and Marko Govedarica the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered the Decision dated 15 December 2014 granting the Prosecution motion in part related to the Suspects Neđeljko Kuljić and Srećko Trifković and thus extending their custody for fifteen (15) days due to the circumstances that suggest the risk of flight and in relation to Suspect Trifković also due to the circumstances that suggest the risk that he would repeat or complete the criminal offense. According to the said Decision, custody of the Suspect Kuljić may last until 7 January 2015 and in relation to the Suspect Trifković until 1 January 2015.

Bail granted and prohibiting measures ordered upon the Accused Branimir Tešić

Deciding upon the Motion of the defense for the Accused Branimir Tešić, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered the Decision in the case v. Miodrag Josipović et al. accepting the offered bail in the total amount of KM 100,000.00 and ruled that the value of the bail shall become the revenues of the budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina in case of the Accused Tešić's flight.

The Panel of the Section II for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Appeals Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina pronounced today the Appeals Verdict acquitting the Accused Aleksandar Arsić and Darko Arsić of the charges for the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs in violation of Article 195(1) as read with Article 26 of the Criminal Code of BIH.

Deciding upon the appeal of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Panel of the Appeals Division Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered the Decision dated 04 December 2014 granting the Prosecution Motion, modifying the Decision No. S1 2 K 012371 14 Kv 10 dated 28 November 2014, in as much as to extend custody of the Suspect Husein Bosnić on grounds of Article 132(1)(a), (b) and (c) of the CPC of BIH. Pursuant to the said Decision, custody may last 25 days which shall start to run as of the day the Suspect is deprived of liberty.
