Indictment confirmed in the Momčilo Šešelj and Another case

On 21 July 2010, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment in the case of Momčilo Šešelj and another. Under the Indictment the accused Momčilo Šešelj is charged with the criminal offence of Organized Crime, in conjunction with the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs. Risto Vreća is charged with the criminal offence of Organized Crime, in conjunction with the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, as well as the criminal offence of Unauthorized Manufacturing and Trafficking in Arms or Explosive Materials.
Custody terminated and prohibiting measures imposed on Darko Dolić

On 21 July 2010, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered a decision in the case of Darko Dolić terminating the custody of the Accused Dolić and imposing prohibiting measures on him as follows:

On 21 July 2010, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered a decision in the case Muhamed Marić and Another, terminating the custody of Muhamed Marić and Nijaz Taletović and ordering the following prohibiting measures
Marko Boškić sentenced to 10 years\' imprisonment

On 19 July 2010, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, having considered and accepted the plea agreement concluded between the Prosecutor\'s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the accused Marko Boškić, delivered a verdict finding the accused Marko Boškić guilty of the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)(h) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina in relation to subparagraph 1(a), all in conjunction with Article 29 and Article 180(1) thereof. The Court sentenced the accused Marko Boškić to ten years\' imprisonment.
Mladen Ivanić acquitted of charges

On 16 July 2010, the Apellatte Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina reached a Verdict acquitting Mladen Ivanić of the charges that he committed the criminal offense of Unconscientious Work in Office in violation of Article 344 (2) of the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska.
Miodrag Marković pleaded not guilty

At the plea hearing before Section I for War Crimes of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), in the Miodrag Marković case, the accused Markovic pleaded not guilty. Miodrag Marković is charged with the criminal offence of War Crimes against Civilians.
