Deciding upon the Prosecution motion to order custody, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rendered on 2 August 2012 a Decision in the case v. Suspect Adnan Muradbegović ordering the Suspect Muradbegović into one-month custody. Pursuant to this Decision custody may last until 31 August 2012 or until a new decision of the Court.

 

Adnan Muradbegović is suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs.  

 

Having examined the submitted evidence, the Court concluded that there is grounded suspicion that the Suspect committed the criminal offence he has been charged with.  The Court ordered Suspect Adnan Muradbegović into custody due to the risk that the Suspect, if released, might hinder the criminal proceedings by influencing witnesses or accomplices.
