
The following prohibiting measures have been imposed on the Accused Dževad Salčin:
1. House arrest: the Accused may not leave the place of residence – relevant Police Department shall organize random checks on him on a daily basis.
2. Travel ban, including temporary withdrawal of travel documents and prohibition of issuance of new ones, as well as the prohibition from using a personal ID card to cross the state border of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
3. Prohibition of meeting with certain persons;
The prohibiting measures may last as long as they are needed, and shall be reviewed on a bi-monthly basis.
If the Accused violates any of the imposed prohibiting measures, he may be ordered into custody.
Dževad Salčin is charged with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians in violation of Article 173 (1) (c), (e) and (f) and the criminal offense of War Crimes against Prisoners of War in violation of Article 175 (1) (a) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has been held in custody since 17 September 2009.
