A delegation from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina headed by Meddžida Kreso, President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is making a several-day study visit to Karlsruhe, Berlin and Brussels, upon the invitation and organization of Konrad Adenauer Foundation. The delegation visited, among others, the German Federal Supreme Court and Prosecutor’s Office, German Bundestag, Ministry of Justice of the Federal Republic of Germany and Central Office of Konrad Adenauer Foundation.

The Delegation from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina was informed about the work of the said institutions and discussed the work of the Court of BIH and possibilities of the exchange of expertise.

In the spirit of understanding of the challenges the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been faced with, members of the Bundestag expressed strong support for the work that the Court has done so far and expressed their readiness to support the work and strengthening of the Court in future.

During the talks, the importance of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a state judicial institution was particularly noted, in view of the full introduction of rule of law in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a requirement for the accession of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the European Union.
