A group of interns from the Post-Conflict Research Center (PCRC) in Sarajevo visited the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Friday, 6 October 2023.

During their visit, the interns had the opportunity to meet with a legal advisor from the Legal Department of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina who gave them a detailed review of the organization, jurisdiction and operation of the Court. A representative of the Witness Support Section provided more information on the method of operation of the witness support team and the specificities of dealing with the witnesses appearing before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while a representative of the Public Information and Outreach Section explained the importance of two-way communication with the public and the media, and the ways to make it happen.

The interns asked numerous questions and were rather interested in learning more about the operations of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the end of their visit, the interns thanked their hosts for a quality organization of the visit and the useful information they received.
