On 29 February 2024 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed an Indictment in the case of Mevljudin Idrizović et al., which charges the accused Mevljudin Idrizović, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, and Boban Janković, citizen of Albania, that by the acts described in the Indictment they committed the criminal offenses of Organized Crime under Article 250 CC BiH and Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 CC BiH.

According to the Indictment, between 9 November 2023 and 26 November 2023 the accused Mevljudin Idrizović, for the purpose of making ill-gotten gain, organized a group for the purpose of international sale, transfer and delivery of narcotic drugs from Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina, while the accused Boban Janković, as a group member, took over and transported the narcotic drugs from the territory of Montenegro to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, so that, on 24 November 2023, in the territory of Sarajevo, they attempted to put into further circulation the previously procured narcotic drugs in the total quantity of 16kg, which is when they were arrested.
