The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will announce tomorrow, 24 November 2022, a first instance judgment in the case of Zijad Mutap et al. (S1 2 K 040832 21 K).  The judgment announcement is scheduled to take place at 09:00 hrs in courtroom 6.

The accused Zijad Mutap, Hasan Dupovac, Alisa Ramić (nee Mutap), Josip Barić and Muamer Ožegović were, inter alia, charged that they acted as an organized criminal group with the aim to conceal evidence on the manner in which Dženan Memić sustained serious, life threatening bodily injuries on 8 February 2016, as a result of which he ultimately died, wherefore, by concealing the evidence and the perpetrators by fabricating evidence and concealing the facts known to them, they undertook the actions to cover up the realistic manner in which Dženan Memić sustained serious, lethal bodily injuries.
