Dinka Bešlagić-Čovrk was born in Gorazde in 1958. She graduated from the law school in 1981, and passed the bar exam in 1982. Her internship took place at the Municipal Court I in Sarajevo, after which, up until 1983,  she performed legal duties as a secretary of the Institute for health care of employees in Republic institutions. She was appointed a judge of the Municipal Court I in Sarajevo in 1984, after which she was appointed a judge of the Higher Court in Sarajevo in 1994. She is a deputy head of the Commission for bankruptcy administrators exams. She was appointed judge of the Court of BiH in January 2007.
