The Indictment alleges that the accused Luka Dragičević, as Commander of the 2nd Podrinjska Light Infantry Brigade – Višegrad (2.plpb-Višegrad), Boban Inđić as Commander of the Intervention Company at the Brigade, Obrad Poluga, Novak Poluga, Dragan Šekarić, Oliver Krsmanović, Petko Inđić, Radojica Ristić, Vuk Ratković and Mićo Jovičić as members of the Intervention Company or members of the 1st Company 1st Battalion 2nd Podrinjska Light Infantry Brigade – Višegrad, during the armed conflict in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which lasted from June 1992 to December 1995, in the territory of the municipalities of Rudo and Višegrad, between the Army of Republika Srpska and the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, acted in violation of the rules of international law, specifically Article 3(1)a) of the Geneva Convention of 12 August 1949. According to the Indictment, Luka Dragičević ordered, and other suspects carried out the unlawful detention, inhumane treatment, infliction of great suffering and violation of bodily integrity, and killing, against non-Serb civilians.

On 18 May 2015 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment charging the accused Luka Dragičević, Boban Inđić, Obrada Poluga, Novak Poluga, Dragan Šekarić, Oliver Krsmanović, Petko Inđić, Radojica Ristić, Vuk Ratković and Mićo Jovičić with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 142 of the Criminal Code of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia, all in conjunction with Article 22 of the same Code.
At the plea hearing held on 26 June 2015 before Section I for War Crimes of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the accused Luka Dragičević, Boban Inđić, Obrada Poluga, Novak Poluga, Dragan Šekarić, Oliver Krsmanović, Petko Inđić, Radojica Ristić, Vuk Ratković and Mićo Jovičić all entered a not guilty plea.
The main trial was initiated on 12 October 2015. The defense is currently presenting its evidence.

On 21 October 2022 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered and pronounced a Trial Judgment in the case of Luka Dragičević et al. (S1 1 K 018711 15 Kri) finding the accused Obrad Poluga, Novak Poluga, Dragan Šekarić, Oliver Krsmanović, Petko Inđić, Radojica Ristić and Miodrag Mitrašinović guilty that by the acts described in the operative part of the Judgment they committed the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 142(1), as read with Article 22 CC SFRY. The Court sentenced them to 13 (thirteen) years of imprisonment each. Pursuant to Article 284c) CPC BiH, the accused Luka Dragičević is acquitted of the charges, for it was not proven that by the acts described in the Judgment he committed the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 142(1), as read with Article 22 CC SFRY.
