On 3 July 2025 the Appellate Division Panel of the Court of BiH delivered an Appeals Judgment in the criminal case versus the accused Borislav Gligorević, dismissing as ill-founded the appeals filed by defense counsel, the BiH Prosecutor's Office, and the injured parties A-1, A-2 and A-5, against the Trial Judgment of the Court of BiH dated 21 February 2025, and upheld the Trial Judgment.

The Trial Judgment of the Court of BiH dated 21 February 2025 found the accused Borislav Gligorević guilty that by the acts described in the operative part of the Judgment he committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)g) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH) as read with Article 180(1) CC BiH.

The Court sentenced the accused to ten (10) years of imprisonment, with the time he spent in pre-trial custody being credited towards his prison sentence.

No appeal lies from the Appeals Judgment.
