On 12 August 2025 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment issued by the BiH Prosecutor's Office in the criminal case against the accused Ranko Debevec, Osman Mehmedagić and Milisav Pijuk, who are charged that by the acts described in the Indictment they committed the following offenses:

• Ranko Debevec – under Count 1 of the Indictment – the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220(1) CC BiH, as read with Article 29 CC BiH, under Count 2 of the Indictment – the criminal offense of Forging Official Documents under Article 226, Paragraphs 1 and 2, of the CC BiH, as read with Article 29 CC BiH; under Count 3 of the Indictment – the criminal offense of Accepting Reward or Other Forms of Benefit for Trading in Influence under Article 219(1) CC BiH; under Count 4 of the Indictment - the criminal offense of Accepting Reward or Other Forms of Benefit for Trading in Influence under Article 219(1) CC BiH; under Count 5 of the Indictment - the criminal offense of Unauthorized Interception and Audio and Video Recording under Article 147a CC BiH as read with Article 29 CC BiH; under Count 6 of the Indictment - the criminal offense under Article 29 of the BiH Gender Equality Law, and False Impersonation under Article 369(1) CC FBiH as read with Article 29 CC BiH, all in conjunction with Article 53 CC BiH;

• Osman Mehmedagić - under Count 1 of the Indictment – the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220(1) CC BiH, as read with Article 29 CC BiH; under Count 7 of the Indictment - the criminal offense of Forging Official Documents under Article 226(2) CC BiH; under Count 8 of the Indictment - the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220(1) CC BiH, all in conjunction with Article 53 CC BiH;

• Milisav Pijuk – under Count 5 of the Indictment – the criminal offense of Unauthorized Interception and Audio and Video Recording under Article 147a. CC BiH as read with Article 29 CC BiH; under Count 6 of the Indictment - the criminal offense under Article 29 of the BiH Gender Equality Law, and False Impersonation under Article 369(1) CC FBiH as read with Article 29 CC BiH, all in conjunction with Article 53 CC BiH.

The Preliminary Hearing Judge has submitted the entire casefile to the Special 24(7) Panel of the Court of BiH for deciding on the transfer of proceedings, on the motion of the preliminary hearing judge as well as the motion of the principal accused’s defense dated 28 July 2025, following the Indictment confirmation.
