On 9 October 2025, the Court confirmed an indictment in the case of Armel Zalihić charging the accused Armel Zalihić that, by the acts described in the indictment, he committed the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201(5) i) in connection with Paragraphs a), b) and d) of the CC BiH, all as read with Article 201(1) of the CC BiH.

The accused has been charged that, on 26 March 2025, with an intent to seriously intimidate population in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and to seriously destabilize the fundamental political, constitutional and social structures of Bosnia and Herzegovina, he publicly threatened via the TikTok social network with a commission of the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201(1) in connection with Article 201(5) a), b) and d) of the CC BiH, by having published a commentary with threatening contents on his user profile on the referenced social network, by using the means of information intended for a wider circle of users, which commentary was further transferred by another user of the TikTok social network to a wider circle of users of the same network, having thereby threatened in the commentary with a commission of an act of terrorism, i.e. with an attack on life, bodily integrity and causing a large damage to public facilities which would jeopardize human lives.
