Having held a guilty plea agreement consideration hearing and a sentencing hearing in the case of the accused Dajana Nikolić, on 28 April 2026 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered and pronounced a Judgment finding the accused guilty of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH), in conjunction with the criminal offense of International Enticing Persons into Prostitution under Article 187(1) CC BiH, all in conjunction with Article 54 of the Code.
The Court sentenced the accused to one (1) year of imprisonment, with the time she spent in pre-trial custody being credited towards her prison sentence.
The accused was found guilty of becoming a member of an organized crime group in the period from January 2015 to November 2016, which group, for the purpose of obtaining unlawful material gain by committing the criminal offense of International Enticing Persons into Prostitution under Article 187(1) CC BiH, was consciously and willingly organized and led by A.K., whose members during 2015 were Dajana Nikolić, at the time minor J.K., V.S. and M.N., which group operated in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Germany and Austria.
It is further alleged that the members of the group enticed and encouraged female persons known to them (girls) to provide sexual services for money, in such a way that, taking advantage of their difficult financial and social situation, A.K. organized their departure to Germany or Austria, their reception and accommodation in hotels, as well as clients, and transportation to several cities, while Dajana Nikolić and then minor J.K. were responsible for creating and maintaining the profiles of these girls on the website for advertising sexual services, communicating with potential clients, arranging the dates, types, duration and prices of sexual services, as well as keeping records of how many clients each girl had and the income earned. It is further stated that the girls personally handed over part of the earnings to A.K. or sent them by Western Union in his name or in the name of other persons on his orders, in which way A.K. made an ill-gotten gain in the amount of 87,353.24 BAM, while Dajana Nikolić and other members of the group made an ill-gotten gain in an undetermined amount.
