On 26 September 2025 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered a Judgment in the case of Marko Plavšić (S1 3 K 052996 25 Kps) based on the granted guilty plea agreement, which found the accused Marko Plavšić guilty that by the acts described in the operative part of the Judgment he committed the criminal offense of Obstruction of Justice under Article 241(2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as read with Article 29 of the same Code.
The Court sentenced the accused to one (1) year of imprisonment, with the time he spent in pre-trial custody being credited towards his prison sentence.
The accused was found guilty that on 25 February 2025, in Banja Luka, with the aim of intimidating a judge of the Court of BiH, Sena Uzunović, using the social media platform TikTok, he posted a video-recording on his user account, in which the accused, together with another person known to him, issued a public threat against Judge Uzunović, in the manner described in detail in the operative part of the Judgment, in which way they committed intimidation of the judge, so as to prevent or hamper her in the execution of formal measures in the criminal case versus the accused M.D. et al., of which Judge Uzunović was seised.
