On 24 February 2026 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered and pronounced a Judgment in the case of Ljuban Vuković, finding the accused Ljuban Vuković guilty of the criminal offense of Obstruction of Justice under Article 241(2) CC BiH, as read with Article 29 of the Code.

The Court sentenced the accused to one (1) year of imprisonment.

The time the accused spent in pre-trial custody, from 27 February 2025 to 27 March 2025, shall be credited towards his sentence of imprisonment.

The accused was found guilty that, together with the previously convicted Marko Plavšić, on 25 February 2025, in Banja Luka, using the social network "Tik Tok", from the user profile used by the convicted person Marko Plavšić, through the aforementioned social network, he made and published a video clip in which the accused, together with the convicted person Marko Plavšić, publicly intimidated Judge Uzunović, in the manner described in detail in the operative part of the Judgment, in order to prevent her from carrying out official actions in the criminal case against the then accused M.D. et al., which case Judge Uzunović was seised of.
