On 4 November 2025 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered and pronounced a Trial Judgment in the case of Gojko Ostojić, by which the accused Gojko Ostojić was found guilty that by the actions described in the operative part of the Judgment he committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) CC BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) CC BiH.
The court sentenced the accused to three (3) years and 6 (six) months of imprisonment, to which the time he spent in extradition custody in the periods from 20 August 2022 to 27 September 2022 and from 4 June 2024 to 11 July 2024 and the time he spent in custody from 11 July 2024 onwards shall be credited.
Based on legal provisions, the Court fined the accused with 20,000.00 BAM, which the accused is obliged to pay within one month of the date of the finality of the Judgment.
The accused Gojko Ostojić was found guilty of becoming a member of an organized crime group, previously organized by B.C., A.N. and M.T. with the aim of acquiring unlawful material gain through the unauthorized procurement, trafficking, sale and transfer of substances that have been listed as narcotic drugs by regulations, which drugs they procured in the EU countries, the Czech Republic, the Kingdom of Belgium, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, previously smuggled from South America, while using specially configured mobile phones with the Sky Ecc and Anom applications installed, intended for establishing and maintaining protected, encrypted communication. It is further stated that the organizer B.C. and the accused Gojko Ostojić agreed to buy and sell a certain quantity of narcotics in the Kingdom of the Netherlands with a person known to them, of which a certain quantity, according to a previous agreement, was handed over to a person known to them in the Czech Republic, while the other part of the narcotics was transported and further sold in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The accused Ostojić agreed on the transport of the narcotics with the organizer B.C. and other members of the group.
