The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will deliver a Trial Judgment in the Miodrag Malić case on Monday, 26 January 2026, at 1 p.m., Courtroom 7.

The accused Miodrag Malić is charged that by the acts described in the Indictment he committed the criminal offense of Provoking Ethnic, Racial and Religious Hatred, Discord and Intolerance under Article 145.a(6) CC BiH in conjunction with Article 53 of the Code.
