The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will Thursday, 12 March 2026, at 12:00 hours, in Courtroom 6, pronounce a Trial Judgment in the case of Saša Ratković et al.
The Indictment inter alia alleges that Milan Matković set up an organized crime group in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina between mid-2020 and late 2021, which Saša Ratković, Vasilije Stjepić, Dragan Supić, Vladica Rakić, Mitar Blagojević, D.Š., Miroslav Čalija, Tomislav Vidaković and a number of other persons known to them from Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries knowingly and voluntarily joined as members, which was formed to commit criminal offenses prescribed by criminal laws in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the aim of acquiring illegal material gain, and which operated in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, several countries of the European Union, including Austria, Croatia, Switzerland, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, while some members also operated in countries of South America.
