A delegation of the Higher Court in Podgorica and representatives of TRIAL International in Bosnia and Herzegovina visited the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 4 July 2025. 

The guests were welcomed by the Acting President of the Court - Judge Minka Kreho, Registrar for the Court Emira Hodžić, and legal advisor Srđan Marković. They briefly informed the delegation about the history, jurisdiction, organization and operation of the Court of BiH, after which, in Courtroom 6, they received comprehensive details on the work of the Legal Department, Witness Support Section, Court Management Section and Public Information and Outreach Section.

The visitors showed particular interest in the specificities of the cases tried before the Court of BiH, pertaining to war crimes and organized crime.

TRIAL International has organized the visit to the Court of BiH with its partner organization Human Rights Action (HRA).
