On 27 December 2012, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment in the case v. Zoran Dragičević under which he is charged with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity.
The Indictment alleges, among other things, that in the period from 2 May 1992 until December 1994, within a widespread and systematic attack of military, paramilitary and police forces of Republika Srpska targeting civilian population of the city of Sarajevo, knowing of such attack and that his acts constitute a part thereof, as a member of the said forces he committed persecution of non-Serb civilian population in Grbavica, Vraca and Kovačići, Municipality of Novo Sarajevo. The Indictment further alleges that within that persecution, the Accused Dragičević inhumanely treated non-Serb civilian population by way of torturing and physically abusing them, looting their property, and raping one female person using her helplessness.
