On 28 June 2012, the Court rendered a decision in the Ramo Brkić et al. (S1 2 K 008645 12 K) case separating the proceeding in relation to the accused Mehmed Libić due to the submission of a Plea agreement. This case from now on shall be processed under the number of Mehmed Libić (S1 2 K 010386 12 K) and the accused Enver Okanović which shall from now on be processed under the number of Enver Okanović (S1 2 K 010385 12 K).
