The factual substrate of the indictment:

The indictment alleges that, within a widespread and systematic attack of the Army of the Serb Republic of BiH, subsequently Republika Srpska, members of the police and paramilitary formations, directed against the Bosniak civilian population in the territory of Ključ municipality, being aware of such an attack, and knowing that their acts formed part of the attack, as members of the Military Police Platoon of the 2^nd Engineering Regiment of the 2^nd Krajina Corps VP 4630 Ključ, of the Army of the Serb Republic of BiH, subsequently Republika Srpska, the accused persecuted the Bosniak civilian population on national, ethnic and religious grounds and acted with the discriminatory intent in violation of the rules of international law by way of killing  civilians.
