The factual substrate of the indictment:

According to the Indictment, the accused Živan Miljanović, as Assistant Commander of the Bijeljina Police Station, Stevo Bokarić, as reserve worker of the State Security Sector of the Republika Srpska Bijeljina, Goran Sarić, as inspector of the Administration for Police Affairs of the Ministry of Interior of the Republika Srpska, Jovica Petrović and Mirko Simić, as members of the Intervention Platoon of the Bijeljina Police Station, Slavenko Kočević, Ljubo Marković and Zvonko Pržulj, as members of the Special Platoon of the Ministry of Interior of the Republika Srpska–Sokolac, in violation of rules of international law during the state of war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in concert with a number of unidentified individuals, knowingly and willingly participated in the murder of 22 civilians of Bosniak ethnicity.
