On 18 January 2019, the Court confirmed the indictment in the case of Ćamil Ramić et al. (S1 1 K 031399 18 Kro) charging the accused Ćamil Ramić, Mehmedalija Topalović, Himza Selimović, Ramiz Mićivoda and Mustafa Stovrag with the commission of the criminal offense of War Crimes against Prisoners of War under Article 175(1)a), as read with Article 180(2), all as read with Article 29 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
At a plea hearing held on 25 February 2019, in the case of Ćamil Ramić et al. the accused Ćamil Ramić, Mehmedalija Topalović, Himzo Selimović, Ramiz Mićivoda and Mustafa Stovrag pleaded not guilty to the criminal offense of War Crimes against Prisoners of War under Article 175(1)(a) in conjunction with Article 180(2), all in conjunction with Article 29 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH).
The main trial was initiated on 22 April 2019. The prosecution is currently presenting its evidence.
