On 19 February 2018, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed, in part, the Indictment charging the accused Mane Đurić, Radenko Stanić, Miroslav Kraljević and Goran Garić with the commission of the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity.
On 30 March 2018, a plea hearing was held where the accused Mane Đurić, Radenko Stanić, Miroslav Kraljević and Goran Garić pled not guilty.
The main trial was initiated on 2 October 2019. The prosecution is currently presenting its evidence.
