For the purpose of providing accurate, objective and timely information to the public, and at the same time to prevent any abuses through possible broadcast and distribution of incorrect information, since it has been broadcast in the media that the Court has declared itself to lack jurisdiction in the case at issue, the Court hereby issues a press release as follows. 

On 8 July 2025 the Court of BiH issued a Decision in the case of Ranko Debevec et al. (S1 2 K 047095 25 Ko) to transfer the case against the suspects Ranko Debevec, Osman Mehmedagić and Milisav Pijuk to the Special Department of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) for Corruption, Organized and Inter-Cantonal Crime, which has territorial jurisdiction in the matter.

The Decision is not final, and the parties and defense counsel have the right to appeal it within 3 (three) days of the day when they receive a written copy of the Decision.
