On 26 March 2024 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a Decision in the case of Jovan Jošilo et al., by which it granted the Motion filed by the Defense for the suspect Jovan Jošilo, and granted bail, as a measure to secure the suspect’s attendance, in the total amount of 489.000,00 BAM, which is manifested in the registration of mortgage on his real estate.
The measure to secure the suspect’s attendance may remain in force until the criminal proceedings are completed by a final decision, or until the Court decides otherwise.
At the same time, on his release on 26 March 2024, the Court imposed on the suspect the following restrictive measures: ban on leaving place of residence and travel ban. According to the Decision, the restrictive measures may remain in force for as long as necessary, or until the Court decides otherwise. Justifiability of the measures shall be subject to control on a bimonthly basis.
The suspect is charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) CC BiH.
