On 29 January 2026 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment against the accused Aleksandar Kojić, Mladen Todorović, Rastko Bošnjak, Dragana Ristić and Mihajlo Đorđić, who are charged that, by the acts described in the Indictment, they committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraphs 2 and 3, of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195(1) CC BiH, and the accused Aleksandar Kojić also in conjunction with the criminal offense of Money Laundering under Article 209(2), as read with Paragraph 1, of the CC BiH, and the criminal offense of Illegal Manufacturing and Trade of Weapons or Explosive Substances under Article 361(2) of the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska, all in conjunction with Article 53 CC BiH.
According to the Indictment, from the beginning of 2023 to the beginning of 2024, in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Austria, Germany and other countries, knowingly and intentionally, with the common intention of acquiring unlawful material gain, the accused Mladen Todorović, MM and Aleksandar Kojić organized an organized crime group, which was knowingly and intentionally joined by Mihajlo Đorđić, Rastko Bošnjak, Dragana Ristić and other persons known to them, which group acted in agreement with the aim of committing the criminal offenses of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, in such a way that by connecting with each other, as well as by connecting with members of other criminal groups with the aim of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, they operated in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Austria and Germany, and illegally carried out international transport and trafficking of narcotic drugs "Cannabis Sativa L", "Heroin" and "Cocaine" in large quantities from foreign countries to Bosnia and Herzegovina, for further sale in the territory of BiH, thereby acquiring unlawful material gain in the amount of at least 112,570.00 Euro (equivalent to 219,511.50 BAM).
