In the case No. S1 2 K 041197 21 Krn – Blaženko Rašević et al., on 3 August 2022 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina granted the Motion filed by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina dated 3 August 2022 and issued a Decision ordering custody of suspects Edvin Imamović, Emir Begić and Emir Subašić, which under the decision may last for a maximum of one month, running from the day of arrest, meaning from 1 August 2022 to 1 September 2022, or pending a new decision of the Court.
Custody was ordered on special custody grounds under Article 132(1), Subparagraphs a), b) and c), of the CPC BiH, meaning the flight risk, concern that they may destroy, conceal, alter or forge evidence and traces important for the criminal proceedings, interfere with the witnesses, accomplices or accessories, and the concern that they may repeat the criminal offense.
The suspects are suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) CC BiH, as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 CC BiH and Money Laundering under Article 209, Paragraphs 2 and 3, of the CC BiH.
