On 13 July 2023, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina granted in the case of Bojan Cvijetić et al. a motion of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina of 12 July 2023 and issued a decision terminating custody of the suspect Mladen Milovanović, and imposing on the suspect Mladen Milovanović the restrictive measures as follows: ban on leaving the place of residence and travel ban under Article 126(1) and (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CPC BiH) and a prohibition from meeting with certain persons under Article 126.a (1) c) of the CPC BiH.
The imposed restrictive measures can stay in force as long as necessary, and the justifiability of the imposed measures will be reviewed bimonthly.
Mladen Milovanović is suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) CC BiH, as read with the criminal offenses of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 CC BiH, Breach of Secrecy of Proceedings under Article 237 CC BiH, Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 315 of the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska, and Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefit under Article 217 CC BiH.
