Justice Graciela Gatti Santana, President of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals, visited on 12 July 2023 the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and met with President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ranko Debevec, Head of the Court's Criminal Division, judge Minka Kreho, and Deputy Head of the Legal Division, legal advisor Elma Čorbadžić.

The actual issues related to the prosecution of war crimes cases and the other current activities of the Mechanism, including the issues of mutual interests, were discussed during the visit. Justice Graciela Gatti Santana conveyed her thanks for the reception, exchange of experiences and the opinions obtained at the Court, having particularly emphasized the determination of the Mechanism to continue the close co-operation and provision of assistance to both the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and other judicial institutions in their work.
