The Registrar of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Emira Hodžić, responded to the invitation of the President of European Court of Human Rights, Mr. Guido Raimondi, and attended the Second Forum of the European Superior Courts Network (SCN) that took place on 8 June 2018 in Strasbourg.  

The Superior Courts Network is managed by the European Court of Human Rights, and its membership comprises 67 courts from 35 European states. The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina participates in joint efforts of the Network aimed at enhancing the dialogue between respective courts and promoting the implementation of the Convention with a special focus on creating a practical and useful means of exchanging relevant information on jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights seated in Strasbourg and Convention case-law and related matters.

Participants of this one-day event, focused their attention to the practical implementation of Protocol No. 16 to the European Convention on Human Rights, and also discussed exchanges within the Network, challenges encountered and best practices.
