OKO has organized this year’s first IHL training for Advocates wishing to appear before the Court of BiH. The seminar took place in Hotel Bosnia in Sarajevo on 15 & 16 February 2007. The International Humanitarian Law Seminar is taught together with the International Committee of the Red Cross. The course covers War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity and Genocide as well as other relevant topics such as Command Responsibility. The course is taught by a combination of lectures and participatory exercises.
