Džindo Mirsada
Judge

Mirsada Džindo was born on 13 November 1957 in Sarajevo where she completed the primary and classics-program high school education, and graduated from the Law School in 1981. She passed her bar examination in 1993. In 1982 she started her employment in the Tobacco Factory in Sarajevo and having completed her internship she was appointed to the post of the Secretary of the Basic Organization of Associated Labor and after some time to the post of the Head of the Department for General, Legal and Personnel Affairs. She worked at this post until 1994 when she was appointed as a judge of the First Instance Court I in Sarajevo. She was at this post until 2003 when she was appointed as a judge of the District Court in Istočno Sarajevo. She was a member of the Minor Offence Judges Examining Board and a member of the Judicial Civil Procedure Handbook Drafting Task Force within the USAID Justice Sector Development Project. She was appointed as a judge of the Court of BiH on 15 October 2009.

On 1 January 2016, she was assigned to the Appellate Division of the Court of BiH, to deal with the cases concerning electoral appeals, revisions and requests for extraordinary review of judicial decisions.
